We had a lovely time! The location was spot on, just a stroll away from Elizabeth Quay. The staff were dead friendly and the pool was a perfect way to unwind after a long day. Just wish the housekeeping was a bit sharper, though!

The apartment was spacious with a great balcony, but easy access was tricky.

The key cards were a test of patience, often failing to work in the lift or to get into rooms, and the air conditioning wasn’t up to snuff, leaving the bedroom uncomfortably warm. the parking costs hit the wallet with a $30 charge per night, yet the spaces are tight. And while I expected some basic kitchen essentials, finding only a few coffee packets and no salt or pepper was a letdown.

Fantastic location!

the location was decent, but the elevators! one barely worked, and I woudl ve been grateful if they'd let me ride in peace. also, charging for laundry liquid is just plain rude. I almost gave a positive review but just couldn’t because I expected a complimentary stay discount for all the trouble. what a disappointment!

Group definitely will enjoy

Had a blast at the hotel! The staff were super friendly and even gave us tips on where to eat nearby. The room was spacious and clean, it felt like a real home! Plus, loved that we could smoke out on the balcony, which was nice.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but you know what? It was still acceptable, considering the amenities.

The location is superb for events and exploring. Laundry was super handy with in-room amenities.

I loved the huge comfortable bed and the fantastic onsite restaurant that surprised me with tasty meals. The sauna and outdoor swimming pool were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, you might want to bring your own laundry supplies since they don’t provide any for free. 😊

The Adina offers an excellent location in the Perth CBD, just a block away from St Georges Terrace and two blocks from the vibrant Elizabeth Quay, making it easy to access transport options, cafes, and restaurants. The one-bedroom apartment provided good value, featuring essential amenities like a fridge and stove, and the bed was in excellent condition, allowing for quality sleep. the Metro Bar and Bistro had a great selection of meals, though pricing might be on the higher side.

The couch in my apartment was quite worn and in need of replacement.
